within ten (10) business days for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on opened

ReplacementAlthough every effort is made to adequately secure
your product before shipping, sometimes damage may occur because of particularly
rough handling during shipment. We will gladly replace any damaged items if returned
within 10 business days, minus the shipping and delivery fees. In addition, you
will receive a 10% discount coupon toward your next purchase from Lambs and Ivy
Gift Baskets. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect
addresses. If we are provided with an incorrect address, the gift will be forwarded
to the correct address and the customer will be responsible for paying the additional
shipping fee. We insure all our gift basket shipments. If a gift basket
is lost or stolen, please inform us immediately so that we may replace the lost/stolen
gift as soon as possible, as well as file a claim with our insurer to recover
all costs. SubstitutionsWe reserve the
right to make substitutions within our gift baskets with items of equal or greater
value. Please notify us if there are any allergy considerations (such as chocolate
or nuts) so that we may provide only those items which may be enjoyed by the recipient. Privacy

We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express. If you wish
to pay by check or money order, we will deliver your gift when your check has
cleared. Our automated shopping cart allows you the opportunity to order
our wonderful gift baskets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It features encrypted
processing of your credit card information which is safe and secure. If you'd
prefer, you may call us to place your order over the phone and provide us with
your credit card information. In both cases, we ask that your billing information
match the billing address of the credit card holder. Orders received before
11 am. will be processed for same day courier delivery service or if not in our
delivery area, for Fed Ex ground delivery services. We primarily use Fed Ex for
our out-of-area delivery shipments but if you wish a different delivery service,
that can be arranged. We bill exactly what our courier or shipping services charge
- there are no "up fees". When shipping, we do charge a fee for packaging
materials (boxes, filler, bubble wrap) that varies between $3.50 and $5.00 depending
upon the size of the gift basket purchased. If your order is placed after
11 am and you wish it delivered the same day, we can do that with an expedited
delivery service charge. Please call us if you wish to know the exact charge,
as it depends upon distance traveled. Week-end deliveries are also possible
within a limited distance from our workshop, and again, there is an additional
delivery service charge. Same day delivery services are available within
Kootenai, Spokane and most of Bonner Counties.
